| Our
Process
We apply a formal engineering design process to
your web site creation, because:
It saves you money
You know what to expect and when
You know the impact of any change requests
|
- Predesign Phase
- Our process begins by evaluating your
service in the context of your customers and competitive environment.
From that, a set of marketing tasks are defined and prioritized. The output
is a written document - a detailed spec, both general and technical, that
defines your expectation set and our deliverables.
- Implementation
- We use the formal 3 step engineering implementation process
to create web sites.
First we create a prototype to let you evaluate the features
and look. Next we create a working version so you can evaluate
the interfaces. And then the final version.
- Post Design Phase
- After your site is launched or relaunched,
we monitor and track progress towards your
objectives. If the objectives are not being
achieved, then modifications in the marketing
tactics, or website are made.
- Design Change Requests
- We use a written, on-line, change order
request process. This insures that every request
for change is implemented, and that if there
is an impact on the cost or delivery date,
you know up front. No surprises.
- Documentation
- This is a critical, often neglected part
of web design. We provide written documentation
so that any future update work on your site
will cost significantly less... no matter
who undertakes it.
